Presentation skills have been identified to be one of the primary communication skills an IA must demonstrate to his or her audit clients. But are presentation skills enough? We do not think so. One must be EFFECTIVE at it – he or she must deliver results.
Communication and Presentation Skills for Internal Auditors (CPSIA) is an intensive workshop on the tools and tips for a powerful presentation. This course focuses on the four elements needed in presentation skills. To be facilitated within 8 hours, the CPSIA course aims to increase the presentation competencies of the participants.
