Reynaldo “Rey” Abilo is currently the Head of Corporate Assurance and CAE of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (PSPC). He joined Shell in 2009 after successful stints in Colgate Palmolive Philippines and SGV doing various finance and audit roles. He held several regional and global roles in Shell and the most recent, before assuming his current role, is the Global Planning and Appraisal Manager for the Marine business based in Singapore. He is a Certified Public Accountant with 16 years of experience in audit, accounting, economics, strategy development, business performance management, and commercial decision support. He graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Accountancy (cum laude). He placed 11th in the CPA board examination of October 2004. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX, the Institute of Internal Auditors – Philippines (IIA-P), and the Philippines Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Helen Tamayo-de Guzman, currently is a teaching Fellow and Chairperson of the Board Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Institute of Corporate Directors. She is also a board director of a listed company, and a savings and loan association, and an Audit Committee Advisor of a reputable foundation.

Prior to her retirement from regular corporate work, Helen was the Chief Audit Executive of the Manila Electric Company and has held other positions before that such as Treasury Operations officer, and Comptroller in Meralco, and Head of Financial Services in its subsidiary company. She was also the president and board director of IIAP in 2006 and the first female President of the Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors or ACIIA in 2015.

Helen holds certifications like MBA, CPA, CIA, and CRMA.

Her professional affiliations include the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines.
