Dr. Marion Andres, is currently the Vice Mayor of Marikina City. He is the Chairman of Jose S. Andres Sr. Foundation Inc., Chairman of the Board of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina, 1st Vice Chairman at Metro Manila East Council (BSP),a Board of Trustee in the Diabetic Organization of ARMM (DOERS), and Director of Rotary Club of Marikina Heights.
As a doctor and public official, he is a member of Philippine Medical Association, Marikina Valley Medical Association, Dangerous Drugs Board Accredited Physicians, and Philippine Society of Pathology.
Dr. Andres attended his pre-medicine course at the University of the East Doctor of Medicine - Lyceum of North Western - Dagupan City (finished medicine thru Veterans Educational Benefit).
Eric Francia is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
ACEN. Under his leadership, Ayala established its energy
platform from a standing start in 2011, to become one of the
largest renewable energy platforms in Southeast Asia, with
over 2000 MW of attributable renewables capacity.
Eric is also a Managing Director and member of the
Management Committee of Ayala Corporation since 2009, and
was appointed as Chairman of Ayala’s Investment Committee
in 2021. He is also a Director of various Ayala group companies
including AC Infrastructure, AC Health, AC Ventures, and as
Chairman and CEO of ACE Enexor.
Eric earned a Master’s Degree in Management Studies at the
University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, graduating with
First Class Honors. He received his undergraduate degree in
Humanities and Political Economy from the University of Asia &
the Pacific, graduating magna cum laude.
Alberto Perey Herrera, MD, MHP, is the City Health Officer of Marikina City with various medical associations and civic organizations.
He is also a recipient of various awards in both local and international scene, namely: Dr. Jose P. Rizal Awardee for Most Outstanding Physician in Government Service by the Philippine Medical Association; and, Bayani ng Kalusugan Awardee by the Department of Health.
Dr. Herrera attended the College of Medicine at UERMMMC and finished Doctor of Medicine. At the same time, obtained a Master of Public Health, University of the Philippines - College of Public Health.
Director Antonio Edward Padre is the officer-in-charge and director of the Infostructure Management Bureau which handles the DICT’s core ICT Infrastructure Management Division, Data Center Management Division, Government Online Services Division, Disaster Risk Reduction Management Division, and the National Government Data Center project.
Director Padre had a graduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communications Engineer at St. Louis University in Baguio. At the same time, took a master’s degree in Business Administration at the International Academy of Economics and Management, and completed a Graduate Certificate Course on Corruption prevention at the Development Academy of the Philippines.
This professional and licensed Electronic Engineer, with over 30-years of experience in the ICT field, once became the Philippines’ representative on the International Cloud Forum and the 6th Cybersecurity Forum in Bangkok, Thailand. Dir. Padre has also had numerous invitations as a resource speaker in ICT conferences and events such as but not limited to: eGovernment Masterplan 2.0, PHL, Government’s Cybersecurity Initiatives, Open Governance in Singapore, and many more.
