He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada and pursued his Masteral program on Clinical Assessment from Mount Saint Vincent University, Canada.

Designed, developed and operationalized the “All Students Achieving Potential Program” (ASAP) , an eight-year competency-based training program for Educators, a joint venture of the Government of Canada and the University of Winnipeg as a program for building education leadership for the Western Canadian Education System.
Partnered with multi-national corporation to establish a competency-based development program for the Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa Human Resources Leadership Team; Has created assessment tools that measure the individual’s strategic abilities through the use of Abstract Intuitive Visioning. Other assessment tools designed and implemented in client organizations include Leadership Competency, Ethics, HR Competency and more recently, a tool that measures the ability to communicate with artificial intelligence called Visual Analytics.
He is likewise a Graduate School Instructor in Universities North, Canada as well as a certified Restorative Justice Mediator in Manitoba, Canada.
Maria Asuncion “Chona” G. Sunico is a Senior Management Consultant for Dixon Consulting.
Prior to Dixon Consulting, she worked for the Nielsen Company for more than 21 years with different roles and increasing responsibilities where during the last 11 years she served as their Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa based in Hong Kong and Singapore overseeing 36 countries and a member of the Nielsen Global Human Resources Leadership Committee and has worked on several regional and global projects including serving as a member of the Global Ethics Committee of Nielsen.
Prior to Nielsen, she has worked with various companies across various industries such as banking, manufacturing, market research consulting service, the academe, Food Service Business and performed consulting service work with publicly listed conglomerate companies , private Retail Business, Government as well as non-government offices (NGO).
She has been recognized as “Asia’s Top 40 HR Superstars”, a Certified Development Dimension Inc. Instructor, Certified Harrison Innerview Assessment Evaluator, Certified Psychometrician by the Philippines Psychological Corporation and completed the Michigan Business School’s Talent Management and Development Course.
A Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate of Saint Paul College of Quezon City as well as University of Santo Tomas for her Master in Psychology graduate course.
