Jess is currently a Partner and the Strategic Risk Advisory Leader of Navarro Amper & Co. (Deloitte Philippines). Prior to returning to Deloitte, he was the Asia Pacific GRC Practice Leader for ACL, a Canada-based audit analytics and GRC software developer.
As the Strategic Risk Advisory Leader, Jess’ team helps clients go through business transformation projects that help unlock enterprise value through business strategy development and alignment, organizational redesign, business process reviews, analyses and reengineering, enterprise value mapping and IT systems design and development (automation).
Jess also has seventeen years of information technology (IT), internal audit, enterprise risk management and business process reviews experience. He also has expertise in developing and enabling data analysis capabilities and integrating / embedding these into an organization’s governance, risk management and compliance processes to make them into a data-driven GRC.
