In the recent years, the growth of digital products and availability of wider range of solutions and services in the financial services industry have driven the level of competition as well as the complexity of the risk landscape. Cognizant of these, Regulators have taken the initiative to ensure that the financial system operates in the best interest of the consumers and the wider economy through the issuance of the Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act.
