Focus & Features

As employees progress in their leadership journey, they will be assuming roles and positions with the power to influence both individuals that they have been entrusted to grow and nurture as well as the organization and its related human, financial and technology resources that they have to manage.

At any point in their career, they will be faced with cross-roads to make the most difficult decisions where those decisions impact their personal core values of honesty and integrity and behave in ways that uphold the highest ethical standards expected from leaders.

What will help leaders make the most appropriate ethical decisions and what are the ethical leadership practices that underpin effective leadership? What are the ethical leadership practices that derail leaders from being recognized as effective leaders? What is the impact of ethical leadership practices on team effectiveness and the company's overall organizational culture?

The program, "ETHICS: The Foundation of Effective Leadership", intends to enable leaders to demonstrate strong ethical leadership practices regardless of what level or position they occupy within the organization on the assumption that leadership is not a monopoly of individuals at the top or most senior positions but that leadership can be demonstrated at various levels of the organization, including the most junior member of a working team.
