    A passionate advocate for organizational growth and societal impact, Rochelle Dichaves brings over nine years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, integrity, sustainability, and innovation to every engagement.

    Rochelle strengthens Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance’s organizational resilience by creating and implementing data-driven solutions through her work as a Portfolio Governance Manager. She also champions diversity and inclusion as the Women's Leadership and Inclusion Philippines Lead at J&J.

    At De La Salle University-Manila, she empowers future leaders as a professional lecturer for the Minor in Sustainability Reporting program. She guides publicly listed Philippine companies toward best practices through impactful training for board directors and senior executives as the Audit Committee Chairperson for GGAPP.

    Before these roles, Rochelle spearheaded finance and risk transformation consulting at PwC Philippines. Her expertise is grounded in both real-world experience and academic excellence. Rochelle is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant with a Master's in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management. She is also an OCEG-Certified GRC Auditor and Professional.

    Jared Valarao was the Chief Financial Officer of Philippines AirAsia during its recovery from the COVID pandemic. He is currently the CFO of PayKoneQ, whom he co-founded with his fellow Executive MBA cohort from the Asian Institute of Management. He is also a Board Advisor at Citiglobal Realty Development Corporation. He partners with a Singapore-based think tank aiming to bring an impact fund incubating and accelerating social enterprises in the Philippines.
